LG reveals QNED TV prices for 2025. Let's see what's new!
LG has officially presented the prices for its latest line of QNED televisions for 2025. First up are the QNED87, QNED86, and QNED85 models — all based on MiniLED 4K technology. The question on our minds: does this year's QNED line stand a chance of effectively competing with rivals? Has LG made real progress compared to last year's models? Let's find out!
What are the differences between the QNED87, QNED86, and QNED85 models?
After our research, we can conclude that the QNED85, QNED86, and QNED87 models mainly differ in details. In practice, these are TVs from the same series, so the differences are rather cosmetic. It mainly concerns the colour of the casing and the type of stand — one is single, and the other is double. These are minor changes, but they can be significant if we care about details when choosing a TV.
New Features in LG QNED evo Models 2025
The QNED85, QNED86, and QNED87 models mainly differ in details, but you'll also find a few interesting updates. The biggest of these is the new Alpha AI processor, which aims to improve picture and sound quality. You can see the difference, but it’s not a change that immediately stands out. The TVs have also gained compatibility with Microsoft Copilot, which is supposed to make them better suited to user needs. And on the well-known remote with a cursor, a button for quickly launching artificial intelligence features has appeared.
Similar to last year's QNED line, this year's models offer 4K for gamers and a 144Hz refresh rate, making gameplay smooth and lag-free, while meeting AMD FreeSync Premium requirements. For gamers without a console, there is the LG Gaming Portal option, which allows users to play in the cloud for a small subscription fee. It’s a great solution for those who don’t want to buy extra hardware but still want to enjoy quality gaming.

As you may have noticed, the prices of the new models aren’t encouraging for purchase, especially when compared to the prices of the models from 2024 that we have tested for you. Although the manufacturer claims that the changes are "revolutionary," it’s hard to consider them as such. That’s why we encourage you to check out our reviews of last year’s models.
While we are excited about the arrival of new products, especially those related to the use of artificial intelligence in LG QNED 2025 TVs, the prices may effectively dampen the enthusiasm of future buyers. It's worth remembering that last year's models are still widely available at more attractive prices. Therefore, we currently recommend considering the purchase of last year's TVs, and it's best to wait for our full tests before making a decision about the new models, which will be appearing on the site soon. It's also worth noting that although the manufacturer has not yet provided official prices for the wireless model QNED91M, based on the overall trend, we can expect that its purchase will also not be cheap.
