PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA, LEGAL BASIS

We process your personal data, such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and address of residence, business information, including NIP, REGON and other publicly available data, in particular in CEIDG and KRS, IP, data contained in correspondence, data contained in system logs, any other personal data provided by you.

We may process the above-mentioned personal data for the following purposes and on the indicated legal bases:

in order to conclude and perform contracts to which you are a party (e.g. a contract for the provision of services related to the Administrators' business activity), which is necessary to conclude or perform a contract with you (legal basis: art. 6.1.b. GDPR or art. 6.1.f. GDPR - if the contract was concluded by a representative, then it is a legitimate interest of the Administrator or a third party);

in order to communicate with you (via the contact form or e-mail) regarding the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party to the extent necessary to conclude or perform a contract with you (legal basis: art. 6.1.b. GDPR);

in order to communicate with you (via the contact form or e-mail) regarding purposes other than those indicated above in point b), which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Administrators or a third party (legal basis: art. 6.1.f. GDPR);

in order to fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrators, resulting from, among others, tax and accounting regulations (legal basis: art. 6.1.c. GDPR);

in order to handle complaints regarding the provision of services to which you are a party, which is necessary to conclude or perform a contract with you (legal basis: art. 6.1.b. GDPR);

in order to ensure the proper functioning of the website and improve the Administrators' offer (in this respect, the Administrators use, among others, cookies), which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Administrators or a third party (legal basis: art. 6.1.f. GDPR);

in order to conduct direct marketing, e.g. informing about offers, promotions, including recalibration, conducting surveys electronically (via e-mail or other communication channels), by telephone and by letter, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Administrators or a third party (legal basis: art. 6.1.f. GDPR);

for the purpose of conducting internal analyses, audits, reporting and other internal procedures of the Administrators, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrators (Article 6.1.f. of the GDPR);

for the purpose of determining, pursuing claims or defending against claims, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrators or a third party (legal basis: Article 6.1.f. of the GDPR).

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be transferred to the following entities:

entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrators, i.e. suppliers of IT systems or entities providing IT services, subcontractors, entities providing advisory, payment, legal, accounting, auditing or courier services and credit institutions or banks;

entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public administration bodies, to the extent and for the purposes resulting from the provisions of law.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

When using third-party marketing analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics), personal data may be sent outside the European Economic Area, which applies to both countries for which the Commission has found an adequate level of protection and those for which no adequate protection measure has been found. The Administrators take steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of your personal data, and in particular - where necessary - will conclude appropriate standard contractual clauses and will use appropriate technical measures to protect data.
