LG reveals QNED television prices for 2025. Let’s see what’s new!
LG has officially presented the prices for its latest line of QNED televisions for 2025. The first models are the QNED87, QNED86, and QNED85 — all based on MiniLED 4K technology. The question on our minds: does this year’s QNED line stand a chance of effectively competing with rivals? Has LG made significant improvements over last year’s models? Let’s check it out!
What are the differences between the QNED87, QNED86 and QNED85 models?
After our research, we can conclude that the QNED85, QNED86 and QNED87 are models that differ mainly in detail. In practice, these are televisions from the same series, so the differences are rather cosmetic. It mainly concerns the colour of the casing and the type of stand—one is single, while the other is double. These are minor changes, but they can be significant if we care about details when choosing a television.
New Features in LG QNED evo Models 2025
The QNED85, QNED86, and QNED87 models differ mainly in details, but you'll also find a few interesting new features here. The biggest of these is the new Alpha AI processor, which aims to improve image and sound quality. This is noticeable, but it is not a change that stands out immediately. The televisions have also gained collaboration with Microsoft Copilot, which is meant to help them adapt better to users' needs. On the well-known remote control with a cursor, a button has been added for quickly launching artificial intelligence functions.
Like last year's QNED line, this year's models offer gamers 4K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth and lag-free gameplay while meeting the requirements of AMD FreeSync Premium. For gamers without a console, there is the LG Gaming Portal feature, which allows users to play in the cloud for a small subscription fee. This is a great solution for those who do not want to purchase additional hardware but still wish to enjoy gaming in good quality.

Although the manufacturer assures that the changes are "revolutionary," it is hard to consider them as such. While we are pleased with the emergence of new products, especially related to the use of artificial intelligence in LG QNED 2025 televisions, the prices may effectively dampen the enthusiasm of potential buyers. It is worth remembering that last year's models are still widely available at more attractive prices. Therefore, we currently recommend considering the purchase of last year's televisions, and it is best to wait for our comprehensive tests, which will soon appear on the site, before making a decision on choosing new products. It is also worth noting that although the manufacturer has not yet provided official prices for the wireless model QNED91M, looking at the general trend, we can expect that its purchase will also not be cheap.
